- Yours does not exist until you order it. It is cut after the size is confirmed with you, never before.

- A child pulls at a collar that sits wrong long before they notice the cloth. Choose an age band, or send us your child's own measurements and we cut to those instead of to a standard. Send measurements

- A video of your piece being packed, and tracking once it is on its way.
Questions
Ask us about the piece you are looking at and we will tell you what it is cut from and where any embroidery or mirror work falls against the skin. We would far rather answer that before you order than have a child who will not wear the thing.
Every design is our own. Once you tell us the size and colour, the piece is cut and finished by hand in our Surat atelier — we don't hold stock.
Size and colour only, subject to what's available for that piece. We don't make to a customer's own design — the considered part is already done.
Usually 10–12 days to dispatch, counted from the day the sizing is confirmed rather than from the day you write. Tell us the date you need it for and we'll be honest about whether we can meet it.
Gentle hand wash in cold water, dry in shade, press on low. Hand-embroidered and mirror-work pieces are best dry-cleaned.
A larger size takes more cloth and more hours at the table, so the price rises with the age band. Choose a size on the piece and you'll see exactly what it costs — inclusive of taxes and of delivery within India, with nothing added at the end. Orders going abroad are the one exception: shipping there is quoted separately.
